Yoder Real Estate is Hiring a Remote Real Estate Inside Sales Agent

We’re looking for an experienced real estate inside sales agent to play a key role on our team. The ideal applicant has a knack for identifying sales opportunities, generating qualified leads, and funneling them to our buyers and listing agents. $55,000 - $80,000

Responsibilities:
  • Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified real estate leads
  • Put up-to-date information on clients into the database system so agents have the most accurate and current data
  • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met
  • Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs
  • Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region
  • Cultivate prospective clients into qualified real estate leads through persistent follow-up via phone calls and email, fostering communication, and seamlessly integrating them into the sales pipeline.
  • Utilize advanced CRM tools to meticulously compile and maintain a comprehensive list of all leads, ensuring agents are equipped with the latest information crucial for navigating the listing and closing processes efficiently.
  • Spearhead the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities within designated geographical areas, actively expanding our client base and market presence.
  • Generate insightful sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis, providing invaluable insights to ensure the achievement of all sales objectives.
  • Proactively manage and assess inbound sales inquiries, meticulously qualifying leads to swiftly convert them into appointments, enabling agents to deliver prompt and effective customer service.
Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of sales experience as a real estate ISA, sales representative, or similar position
  • Must possess a real estate license or be in pursuit of a license
  • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired
  • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
  • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be committed to personal growth and development and be excited to thrive in an environment that actively fosters and promotes this growth.
  • Must be excited to continually increase your income in proportion to the value you're creating in the marketplace by increasing your skills, effectiveness and ability to connect within your role.
  • Over 1 year of proven experience generating leads in the capacity of an inside sales representative. (Any industry)
